Good food, fabulous building. Long wait for pancakes and omelette. No one helped the lady refill her eggs, etc which left people waiting in line 20 plus minutes for omelette and pancakes.

Wow. We first found this place when searching for a diner in the area. Bryan Place is truly not a diner. It is an absolutely beautiful restaurant. What a gem. The buffet is elegant. The food fantastic. Beautiful inside. The price was what you would expect. I truly can't say enough about it. This is definitely our hometown favorite to go to on a Sunday for brunch or for a special occasion with family.

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. I had performed a 'coffee' search and they popped up. Disappointingly. they are NOT a coffee shop. But the building is intriguing and across from a beautiful Presbyterian Church (with a wonderful chime). I love great atmosphere. They have it.

Stopped for lunch with the kids as we were driving though town on a Friday afternoon. We decided to skip a fast food place and try this based on the yelp reviews. Such a great decision! We sat outside on the adorable porch on a beautiful afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was good and huge portion sizes. Everyone was happy. If you have time, so upstairs and shop around. The rooms they used to use when it was a working YWCA are decorated and it's interesting to imagine people staying there.

I have to admit I can't decide if I had lunch in a furniture store or ate at a restaurant that sell couches and end tables. Bryan's Place is in an old YMCA building that is in the National Historic Register. The owner also sells furniture, so when she bought the place (this is according to the waitress) she decided to turn the rooms in the Y into a place to sell her wares. DISCLIAMER - I did not furniture shop so I can't comment on the selection. But I can say the grilled chicken sandwich at lunch was great, the noodle soup delicious and the service excellent.

Everyone else seemed to come for brunch. We came for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Atmosphere is lovely. Nice clean attractive quiet place. I had a lovely chunky chicken salad with fresh fruit...and it was all ripe. Husband had a cowboy hamburger and said it was very good too. Service was good too. Prices were average for any cafe or restaurant.
